What foundation am I wearing, what eye-shadow palette do I use? I get these questions on a daily basis and when I tell them nothing on my face is more than 20 dollars they are shocked. You do not need a 40 dollar foundation for it to work wonders.

Moisturizer/Primer

I do not wear moisturizer or a primer. My face is super oily and no matter how many primers and moisturizers I have tried nothing works. So I chose to not even bother. AKA i think primers are a scam.

Foundation

This month I have tried a couple of foundations. My skin has been doing pretty well so I decided to try different drug store foundations. I tried the LA Colors, Maybelline Superstay, Rimmel Lasting Finish Breathable, Revlon Super Stay and Rimmel Stay Matte.

So as you guys can see these foundations are mostly matte because my face is oily. Surprisingly at the moment I am loving the Rimmel Lasting…. It gives my skin a healthy glow without making my face oily. It is my second favorite after my Wet and Wild Photofocus foundation. (check out my first blog for more info)

I decided to purchase this after my Maybelline eyeliner would run out monthly and it’s 7 dollars (1.1 ml) so I decided to switch to a cheaper option 3.50 dollars (3.5 ml)
I probably purchase an eyeliner from Wet and Wild every 6 months.

The water proof one had a hard tip DO NOT GET THAT ONE!
