Crepes from France
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 cups of half of milk
- Pinch of salt

How to Make
- Mix the flour with the eggs
- Add the melted butter and continue mixing
- Slowly pour the water while mixing to ensure that there is not flour bubbles
- Continue mixing until you have an liquid enough base and not flour bubbles
- Add a pinch of salt
Crepes from Albania
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups of water

How to Make
- Mix the flour and the egg
- Add the milk and stir at the same time
- Add the water slowly while mixing to ensure no flour bubbles
In the Pan
- Make sure to have a nonstick pan (if not add non stick spray or a dab of olive oil)
- Pour in the pan with a ladle (how much depends on how big you pan is)
- Spread until it covers the whole pan
- When the crepe starts to fold in on the edges it’s time to flip
- When flipping make sure the bottom turns goldish brown to insure that its cooked
- Flip it as many times it’s necessary until you achieve the prefered goldness
- Take out of the pan and enjoy

I like my Crepes with Nutella and some fruit, my Albanian self like it with feta cheese. Choose your fighter!
