I am so excited to share with you the Fab Four Smoothies. I first heard about this smoothie on a podcast called RISE by Rachel Hollis.
Rachel invited Kelly LeVeque, a nutritionist to talk about her book called “Body Love.”
In this book Kelly talks about keeping yourself full without snacking and a smoothie that can keep you full up to 8 hours.

Let’s see how I am doing with keeping myself full…

I am the kind of person who doesn’t gain weight, I feel like I’ve been around 100 pounds my whole life but the thing is that I am always hungry. I knew that she was talking to me when she said “keep you full for hours.” I had to get the ingredients and start drinking because I can eat now and after 30-45 minutes I will be hungry again.

Kelly explains that there is 8 hunger tickers in our bodies. For example, we eat eggs in the morning. Those egg lets say fulfill 5 of those 8 tickers which that means that you will still be hungry unless you know what to feed those other 3 tickers.

1 serving PROTEIN + 1 serving FIBER+ unlimited GREENS + 1/4 cup FRUCTOSE +2 tbsp FAT + LIQUID + SUPERFOOD 

Protein- proteins varies on your lifestyle and goals.

Fiber– chia seeds, flax seeds or avocado

Greens– anything green. Kale, spinach, basil, cilantro, cucumber…

Fruit/or High Fructose Vegetables– berries, lemon, limes, mango, banana….
frozen fruits can substitute ice.

Fat- avocado, MCT oil, Nut butter, coconut butter.

Superfoods/Additives– collagen, turmeric, bee pollen, ginger…

  • 1 serving vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia
  • handful basil
  • handful spinach
Avocado Strawberry

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 cups of almond milk

  • half an avocado
  • handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp chia
  • 5 drops of chlorophyll

Has this Smoothie Kept me FULL

I start my day at 7:30am. I get pretty aka makeup and then I make my smoothie around 8:15 am. I finish the whole smoothie at 11am. It’s 4pm and I am not hungry. (2nd day and i immediately saw a change in my hunger)

The first day it was a struggle (strawberry basil smoothie) i didn’t leave the smoothie in the blender long enough so it was a little grainy. But I lasted until 5pm.

Today’s Smoothie


  • 1 serving of vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • cucumber and spinach
  • raspberry

Advice on today’s smoothie it’s not pink anymore but green also do not add the cucumber I am not liking the way my smoothie tastes today!
